A Look Back at 2011

2011 was an amazing year for Photo Op. We had the pleasure to work with some of the best clients ever. Darling couples, endearing families and cute children. We thought it would be a good idea to take the time to look back and remember the people who made it possible.

We started the year with a winter wonderland wedding with Jessica + Chad.

We had a late winter Engagement shoot with Valerie +Ken.

Early in the Spring we did a "Lovebirds" session with Jamie + Travis (and we're very happy to say they're now engaged!).

Later in the Spring, we did an Engagement session with Emily + Dan.

We photographed Nicole + Evan's Wedding early in the summer on a gorgeous day in Saugatuck.

Valerie + Jack exchanged wedding vows in front of their closest friends and family.

We photographed Jon Biolette for his senior picture in the middle of summer. What a handsome young man.

Amanda + Bob's Engagement session was also in the summer and we were fortunate to be able to shoot on another gorgeous Michigan summer day.

Photographing Valerie + Ken's Wedding was simply delightful.

We were thrilled when our good friends, Jordyn + Bryan, asked us to capture their big day. We had a blast shooting their Engagement session.

Lavinia + David's Wedding was on the beach in Saugatuck. It was a lovely day.

After their Engagement session, we knew Emily + Dan's Wedding day would be a fantastic day.

We donated a Family session to Relay for Life and were fortunate to capture the Lindsey Family in Grand Haven late in the summer.

The Panepento Family was a unique session simply because just over a year earlier, we had photographed their wedding. Such a sweet family.

We photographed the Bos Family late in the summer. They're a fun and sweet family.

Amanda + Bob didn't want to see each other before the ceremony of their Wedding. We came up with a unique way for them to have their picture captured without seeing one another. It was a fun day.

What a treat it was to capture Ben + Ashlyn's Proposal. Ben had contacted Photo Op prior to the event. Ashlyn had no idea we were there. It was a very sweet moment.

We ended our season in the most special way. Capturing our good friends Jordyn + Bryan exchange wedding vows. It was so much fun.

As we look back on 2011, we couldn't be happier. Our clients have been truly wonderful to work with. As we charge into 2012, we're hopeful for another successful year. Thanks for the memories!
